The purpose

The main purpose of the project is to create the EU-UA inter-disciplinary integrated Master Course in Crisis Analysis and Decision Making (CADM) based on advanced information technologies and existing European experience and simultaneously introduce it in four Ukrainian Universities of various types (classical, technical and humanitarian ones). The CADM Course will be based on the existing Master Course of Rome University La Sapienza "Master in State Management and Humanitarian Affairs" developed in cooperation with Belgrade and Sarajevo Universities. The new Master Course will focus on the synergy between information technology, management and humanitarian affairs. The graduates of the Course will be highly qualified Ukrainian experts in System Analysis (System Analysts), able to develop the effective recommendations for taking the optimal administrative decision in crisis situations. Special accent will be given to the prospect for Ukrainians to obtain the both EU and UA Diplomas or to get the Ukrainian Diploma, based on ECTS that will be admitted all around Europe.
